Brighton Marina is the biggest marina on the south coast by berth count, and the hard standing fills up over winter. That is one half of the work here.
The other half is the Regency and Victorian building stock — stucco, render and ironwork that needs to stay genuinely dry while it is repaired, on elevations that face straight into the Channel.
